Dr. Muhangwi Mulaudzi
Dr. Muhangwi Mulaudzi, MBChB, studied medicine at MEDUNSA and qualified in 1990. He is a passionate family physician with extensive HIV/AIDS experience. Founder of Phomolong Medical Centre, co-founder of African Viral Care Society, and Interim Chairman of Pan African HIV Clinicians Society. He is a renowned international speaker and played a key role in establishing PrEP Train-the-Trainers programmes in several African countries. Dr. Mulaudzi has served on numerous pharmaceutical advisory boards since 1998.
Dr. Mabowa Makhomisani
Dr. Mabowa Makhomisani is a Primary Healthcare physician specialising in diabetes care, cardiovascular research, and communicable diseases. Qualified at UKZN, with a Postgraduate Diploma in Diabetes (South Wales) and Master’s degrees. He manages a general practice, serves as principal investigator at SAHPRA, contributes to peer-reviewed journals, and sits on multiple advisory boards.
Dr. Walter Jaoko
Dr. Walter Jaoko holds MBChB from University of Nairobi, Masters in Tropical Medicine (Liverpool), Masters in Global Bioethics (Anahuac), a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Research Ethics (Stellenbosch), and a PhD in medical microbiology (University of Nairobi). He is a professor at University of Nairobi, President of HIV Clinicians Society of Kenya since 2022, and a member of the HIV/AIDS Tribunal of the Kenya Judiciary since 2023. With over 30 years in clinical research and 250+ peer-reviewed publications, he also serves in Rotary International and is a Fellow of the Africa Academy of Sciences.
